This gallery combined AA E-Zine & SBU AA E-Zine galleries but for old albums it's confusing since they are now behind new ones but in url alpha order, not date or album title. Still fun to look at, Stony Brook University events since 2002. AA E-ZINE and SBU AA E-ZINE: http://www.aaezine.org

May 6th 2010 - Wang Center
photos by Ngoc Vu
Through dances, spoken word, skits, the Wang Center comes alive with a plethora of performance art "happenings" that explore and explode the complexity, wealth, diversity, humor, and nuanced musings about Asian American identity, history, and cultures.

Album includes all 550 entries that were voted on for the Global Choice Award via an online poll.
The Global Choice Award online voting has ended. The winner was Aleef Rahman, #66. In the rest of the contest, the three winners chosen by the Wang Center architect, PH Tuan, were: 1st - Ezra Margono, 2nd - Katharina Schuhmann, 3rd - Alex Wong. They were chosen from the 25 entries that were exhibited in the Wang Center, also chosen by PH Tuan. The winner of the People's Choice Award, voted on by visitors to the Wang Center exhibit, was also Ezra Margono, but for photo #211. The first twenty six photos in the album, minus the Global Choice, were in the exhibit. We will be adding the names of all contestants.
