This year’s September 11 Memorial Commemoration will take place in the newly landscaped garden surrounding the Memorial Arch. The Arch, donated by the Stony Brook Alumni Association, honors the 21 Stony Brook alumni who were lost.
Engraved down each side of the arch are the names of those who were lost:

(Walier) Seeliger, Peter A. Siracuse, and Walwyn W. Stuart Jr.
