First night of classes - Wed - 9/6
SAC Ballroom B at 6 pm
We are first trying to dramatize the value of media work with a presentation about historical student reporting on campus as well as the personal professional experience of working alumni; we will be joined by former Press editors David Ewalt, from Forbes.com, and Pulitzer Prize winner Scott Higham of the Washington Post.
Afterwards we're going to talk about opportunities to get involved in the campus media and the School of Journalism.
